What machines?
We service domestic mechanical, computerized, and vintage sewing machines. At this time we focus exclusively on domestic models to ensure the highest quality of care and precise turnaround.
How does pickup work?
We have 3 designated pickup locations with flexible weekday and weekend hours during both daytime and evening. Simply select your preferred drop-off location when requesting your maintenance service.
What are your prices?
Routine service is $100 for mechanical/vintage and $125 for computerized machines. There is a $40 deposit due prior to pickup and must be paid to secure your pickup time. Minor repairs (belts, cords, lights, motors) are billed at $40 per hour plus the cost of required parts.
What is in a service?
Every tune-up includes full lint cleaning, oiling and lubrication, mechanical inspection, and thorough test sewing before and after service to guarantee stitch accuracy.
How do I schedule?
Please fill out the Request for Service Form and choose one of our 3 pickup locations and pick a weekday or weekend drop-off. We will contact you within 2 business days and arrange a time that fits your schedule.
Do you offer repair quotes?
No, we cannot quote a repair price until we get inside the machine. If during a service we determine that additional parts or extensive repairs are needed beyond routine service, we contact you with a transparent quote before proceeding.
